Vybe, a mobile mindfulness platform, was struggling to get its initial product to market due to stability problems in its React Native codebase. Ollon triaged the code, fixed the specific areas causing instability, and built out the remaining features needed for launch. Vybe launched successfully and has grown its user base, shipping new features with confidence in the platform's stability.

Situation

Vybe is a mobile based mindfullness platform that was having difficulty getting it's initial product to market.

Solution

Ollon was able to quickly triage and diagnose issues in their existing application. As a result of our analyis we were able to determine key areas of the code that required additional stability enhancements. We were then able to build out new features.

Results

The Vybe application was launched succesfully and resulted in the growth of their user base. They are now able to release new features with more confidence in the stability of the application and timelines for release.

Application Triage and Rescue

Vybe, a mobile mindfulness platform, was struggling to get its initial product to market. React Native

Vybe's mindfulness app, built in React Native, had stability problems serious enough to block its path to launch. Ollon traced the instability to a specific set of problem areas in the React Native code and fixed those directly, without a full rewrite of the rest of the codebase. That targeted fix gave the team a React Native foundation it could build new features on with confidence, and the app launched successfully. New features have continued shipping on that same codebase since, with its stability holding up under continued development.
